2. Limitation of Liability

MJRishta and its operators shall NOT be held liable for:

• Any incorrect or inaccurate information posted by users.
• Any loss, damage, or emotional distress resulting from interactions with other members.
• Technical failures, data breaches beyond our reasonable control, or service interruptions.
• Successful matching or marriage results; we provide a platform, not a guarantee of success.

3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MJRishta harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your breach of these terms, your profile content, or your behavior toward other members of the platform.

4. Content Ownership & Privacy

By posting content (photos/text), you grant MJRishta a non-exclusive license to display it to other members for matchmaking. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates community standards or seems fraudulent without prior notice.

5. Subscription & Refunds

Premium plans provide enhanced visibility and features. All payments are final and non-refundable. MJRishta does not guarantee that a premium plan will result in a match or marriage.
